Field Sales Representative:

We are actively recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to develop and service accounts in the (Florida, Southwest, Northwest, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast) territory. Our ideal candidate will have a proven sales background in electronic mil-aero components and circular connectors, electronic distribution and OEM sales. Candidate must have 3-5 years or more experience calling on key mil-aero accounts in this territory. You must be a dynamic individual who can work independently, setting your own schedule and one who can aggressively cover purchasing and engineering driven accounts within the territory.  This position will be home-office based and report to the V.P. Sales & Marketing who is located outside of the territory. Candidate will be responsible for:

  • Territory Sales Growth
  • Development/Management of Territory Plan
  • CRM Understanding and Use
  • Responsible Expense Management
  • Product Understanding
  • Proactive Working with Reps and Suppliers In Territory
  • Drive New Design Activity with FAE support
  • Communication of activities to the broader teams

Senior Account Manager/ Inside Sales Representative
